Kimberley’s passion and love of all things Yoga, health and fitness comes from her background in personal training. She maintains a mindful lifestyle using the practice of yoga to heal her body and mind.
Kimberley strives to teach from the heart to create a calming, soothing and nurturing environment. Her style of class can be enjoyed by all Yogi’s from beginners to advanced, where students can explore and discover connection with their inner self.
Having completed her teacher training overseas and traveling the globe practicing a variety of yoga styles, Kimberley’s inspiration on her mat expanding personal depth and growth leads her to teaching vinyasa, yin and meditation. She also loves jumping into a sensory deprivation tank and float after class!
