“the only thing that is constant is change” Meet our yoga teacher Petrina Carter!
After several years as a student of a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Iyenger, Bikram and Vinyasa, becoming a teacher gave Petrina an opportunity to share her love of wellness, yoga and its many benefits with her community. Working with crossfit athletes, Petrina studied Pilates and completed her Personal Trainers certification to help raise their body awareness. She understands the importance of mobility in conjunction with injury prevention and management. Join Petrina’s vinyasa flow and yin classes every Friday and Sunday!
